This competition will not run in 2020 due to the COVID-19 situation.

The AAT has been a longstanding leader in the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes. The competition provides participating students with a realistic experience of the AAT’s conciliation model. The Tribunal will provide highly experienced members and conference registrars to facilitate and the negotiations and provide feedback to students. Find out more about the competition at the AAT website.

This team will be mentored by academic staff, practitioners and senior mooting students. Up to three students will be selected per team. UQ will enter up to two teams in this competition.

This competition will be held this year across on several dates between 18 to 28 May.
