The QUT Torts Law Moot is a national moot competition that is run annually by the Queensland University of Technology.

Students should generally have completed Torts Law A and B. Students applying for the Torts Moot should note that they must be available to prepare for the moot throughout the inter-semester recess (July).

Preference will be given to novice mooters, in light of this moot’s status as a training moot.

The team will be mentored by academic staff, practitioners and senior mooting students. Up to four students will be selected.
