Katelyn is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws (Hons)/Bachelor of Economics at UQ. She also works as a paralegal at King & Wood Mallesons in Intellectual Property & Technology, and has worked in the in-house legal team at consulting engineering firm Hatch. Her interests include international corporate, maritime and financial law. Katelyn is also involved in UQ law student societies, being the Vice President (External Competitions) of the UQLS and the Secretary of the Australian Legal Philosophy Students’ Association.

Katelyn is a research assistant for Professor Craig Forrest assisting on a World Bank sponsored project of ship registries, in association with Columbia University, University College London and the University of the South Pacific.
