CPICL Fellow Explored Constitutionalism and Federalism During Paris Visit

CPICL Fellow, Renato Costa had a fruitful visit to Paris last November. As a visiting lecturer at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, he delivered an engaging LLM course on Comparative Federalism and Constitutional Theory, sharing his research on the intersection of constitutionalism and federalism. The course attracted a diverse cohort of students hailing from Germany, the UK, Brazil, Nigeria, Hong Kong, and France. During his visit, Renato also contributed to the academic discourse by presenting a paper on the concept of constitutionalism at the International Colloquium on the Relevance of Johannes Althusius' Politica.
