The work of UQ Law researchers examines the consequences of a changing society on the interpretation of legal principles and statutory provisions to inform legal development in emerging areas, and to critique the effectiveness of new legislation. Our scholars use a range of research methodologies to understand how the law works in practice; how it may be improved; and to ensure informed debate and evidence-based law reform.

Below are some our research publications that demonstrate our research output.
