Thursday 12th February 12:00 pm – 3:20 pm (Brisbane time)
Organised by LIDC Australia and New Zealand
The International League of Competition Law (LIDC) is a long-standing international association, which was created in 1930. The LIDC focuses on the study of competition law, intellectual property law and unfair competition law. The LIDC is constituted by 20 National Groups, now including one from Australia and New Zealand. The theme for the 2026 e-conference, chaired by Alex Bruce, is: Revitalising Competition Law and Policy in Australia & New Zealand. Reflecting the diversity of our theme, we have a rich offering of papers exploring issues that include meta-processes of revitalisation, how the past may function as a form of ressourcement informing the future, and specific issues including institutional, regulatory and behaviour-driven revitalisation. These papers, their presenters and timing are set out in the Program below.
For registration and any questions regarding the e-conference, please contact: Alex Bruce @ alex.bruce@uq.edu.au
