Kathryn Pacey | Partner, Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer
Kathryn leads the Herbert Smith Freehills Brisbane Planning, Environment and Communities team. As part of her role, Kathryn works across resources, energy, utilities, transport and social infrastructure. She has advised on both the government and project side for some of the largest infrastructure projects delivered in the last 20 years.

Leata Nolan | Executive Director of Strategic Policy and Legislation, Department of Women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships and Multiculturalism
Ms Leata Nolan is the Executive Director of Strategic Policy and Legislation at the Department of Women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships and Multiculturalism. With over twenty years of experience in policy, legal, funding, ICT and other project roles, Leata’s government career has been dedicated to achieving outcomes for young people, seniors, people with disability and First Nations people. She is a qualified solicitor who particularly enjoys building diverse teams to resolve complex problems.
Anjuna Singh | General Manager (Customer and Technology), Department of Transport and Main Roads
Anjuna Singh is the General Manager of the Customer and Technology Branch within the Network Services and Operations Division at the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR).
A dynamic and strategic leader, Anjuna brings a diverse background spanning industrial relations law, retail property management, and public sector leadership. She leads the delivery of the Smart Ticketing project, the Digital Future Program, and Customer Solutions, driving initiatives that enhance the public transport experience and support an integrated, accessible network for Queenslanders.
Recognised for her ability to lead transformational change, Anjuna combines strong commercial and strategic expertise with a collaborative and people-centred leadership style. She is an accomplished negotiator and relationship builder, known for fostering high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and delivering innovative, customer-focused outcomes that create lasting value for the community.
Suzanne Marlow | Group Executive Governance, UnitingCare Queensland
Suzanne served UnitingCare as General Counsel since 2019 before joining the Executive Leadership Team in 2023. Suzanne's legal and governance experience spans an in-house career with global financial services entities, private practice in a top tier law firms, and not-for-profit board membership. She is an experienced corporate and commercial leader and advisor across the financial services, infrastructure, retirement living, health, aged care and social services sectors.
Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. During her tenure as General Counsel, UnitingCare's Legal team was recognised nationally in both 2022 and 2023 as Australia's Not-for-profit in-house legal team of the year. Suzanne is passionate about the delivery of quality care services to those in need.
