The lecture will focus on international instruments, standards and national laws with extraterritorial application with respect to money laundering, corruption, terrorism finance and sanctions violations, current and forthcoming legal risks, corporate compliance as well as awareness and capacity building in the business and legal professions in Australia, followed by an open discussion.
