Presenter: Bernard McCabe - Senior Member, Administrative Appeals Tribunal
Bernard McCabe was a member of the Faculty of Law at Bond University between 1992 and 2003. He was a member of the legal committee of the Companies and Securities Advisory Committee between 1998 and 2001, and served as Councillor (director) of Bond University Ltd between 1998 and 2000. He was appointed a part-time member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in 2001 and a full-time senior member in 2003. He is the consumer protection editor of the Australian Journal of Competition and Consumer Law and a deputy director of the Commercial Law Centre at Bond University’s Faculty of Law.
