Topic: Papua New Guinea: the land of the unexpected

Mr Varitimos will speak on the election of the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea on the floor of the Parliament on 2 August 2011; the subsequent change of Government and the Constitutional References and other litigation arising out of these events.
