All international students studying at TCB are invited to join Dale Chapman from First Food Co as she takes you on a tasting journey through indigenous foods, cooking techniques and culture.
This event will offer a fascinating and tasty introduction to Australian native bush tucker. Using ingredients such as bunya nuts, lemon myrtle leaf, wattleseed and lilli pilli, you will be able to learn and taste some uniquely Australian foods.
