Lyria is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at UNSW Sydney. Her research explores the relationship between technology and law and examines the different types of new legal issues that arise as new technologies develop. Lyria is currently Director of the Allens Hub at UNSW Law and will discuss how new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, are impacting upon legal education.
