CPICL Fellow Celebrated Indonesian Independence at Ambassador's Residence in Canberra
CPICL Fellow, Professor Emerita Jennifer Corrin, was honoured to attend a garden party celebrating the 79th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence at the Indonesian Ambassador's residence in Canberra. Held on 10th October, the event was a significant occasion, bringing together a diverse group of dignitaries, diplomats, and key figures to commemorate Indonesia’s rich heritage and its achievements over the decades.
While in Canberra, Professor Corrin also delivered a guest presentation to Indonesian participants as part of the Australia Awards Indonesia (AAI) Development Effectiveness and Partnerships in the Pacific program. Her presentation centred on strengthening bilateral ties and promoting shared expertise in development initiatives, which aligned with her longstanding research interests in legal and policy frameworks across the Pacific.
