Research by Dr Caitlin Goss analyse's a range of interim (or deliberately temporary) constitutions and examine links between constitutional design and longer-term constitutional law and culture. This research aims to contribute to the literature on constitutional design, and to provide constitution-makers with information about the possibilities and limitations that can arise when a temporary constitutional text is adopted.
