Richard Bourke
Richard was a leading talent of the Victorian Bar before joining the Louisiana Capital Assistance Center in 2002. He has worked on numerous trials and appeals opposing the death penalty in the United States. As director of the Louisiana Capital Assistance Center, Richard is a leading advocate for change to a system that inflicts its worst injustices on people who are poor and predominantly from disadvantaged backgrounds.
