Blokes often struggle with help-seeking behaviours, which includes not going to a GP, failing to get a tradie to fix stuff, or ignoring ourselves and relationships. Blokes can be masters of self-deception and avoidance, thinking or hoping challenges will miraculously disappear. Good luck with that! We don’t need to be perfect, but we can develop more skills to enhance our capacity and better habits to have a great life. Being a happy, healthy, successful bloke is absolutely possible. What’s holding us back is ourselves! This entertaining and educational session outlines what blokes can do to increase their health, well-being, and productivity.
