Join us to take time for your mental health.

This is a space for you, your friends and fellow TCB students to come together to chat, study (individually or in a group), or just grab a snack! There will be board games, food, tea and coffee and cold drinks available to attendees. There will also just be space for you to get some work done in the company of fellow TCB students.

All are welcome, no registrations required.

1 in 5 Australians are affected by mental illness, yet many don't seek help ... We can all do something to help shed a more positive light on mental health. Having people to talk to and depend on, and making new connections can help reduce the risk of mental illness for all students. World Mental Health Day celebrates awareness for the global community in an empathetic way, with a unifying voice, helping those feel hopeful by empowering them to take action and to create lasting change.
