Student health and nutrition often falls by the wayside as bills, travel costs and uni deadlines take priority. Poor nutrition has myriad impacts on our wellbeing – both our physical and mental health is impacted by how we fuel our bodies.

This session is designed to introduce cost and time efficient options that will help maintain wellbeing.
