The UQ Law, Science and Technology Program in the TC Beirne School of Law is hosting a Career Panel aimed at law students with an interest in science and technology. During the panel, professionals working at the intersection of law, science, and technology will speak about their careers and experience of transitioning to work after graduating. While this career panel is open to all, it is specifically aimed at helping students with dual degrees in law, and science, technology,  engineering and medicine fields think through career options that make sense of their diverse skill sets.

By attending you will:

  • learn what to expect after you leave university
  • understand various industries and roles from a practitioner perspective
  • get the opportunity to meet and talk with industry experts.

Panellists:

  • Dr Adrian McCullagh, Lawyer, ODMOB Lawyers
  • Sean Ryan, Principal Solicitor, Environmental Defenders Office (Qld) Inc
  • Kurt Wildermuth, Lawyer, QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute
