This cluster of courses covers the fundamental aspects of transnational trade, including cross border sale of goods, financing of international trade, taxation issues, international intellectual property law regimes, and conflicts of law, in addition to legal issues relating to the international transportation of goods by air and sea.

The courses are particularly helpful for students who wish to gain a comprehensive understanding of cross-border transactions and plan to practise internationally.

Note: There are no formal specialisations in the LLM program. Course clusters are designed to guide students seeking concentration in a particular area of law.
