LLM courses offered in 2025

(1) To complete the 1 year full-time (or part-time equivalent) program, a student must complete 16 units comprising—

(a) where the degree or qualification is from a common law jurisdiction, 16 units from Flexible Core  courses of the LLM course list; or

(b) where the degree or qualification is from a non-common law jurisdiction, 16 units comprising—

(i) LAWS7936  Foundation Course; 

(ii) 0 - 4 units of Common Law Foundational Courses; 

(iii) 10 - 14 units from Flexible Core Courses of the LLM course list.

(2) To complete the 1.5 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) program, a student must complete 24 units comprising—

(a) where the degree or qualification is from a common law jurisdiction, 24 units from Flexible Core Courses of the LLM course list; or

(b) where the degree or qualification is from a non-common law jurisdiction, 24 units comprising—

(i) LAWS7936 Foundation Course;

(ii) 0 - 4 units of Common Law Foundational Courses;

(iii)  18 - 22 units from Flexible Core Courses of the LLM course list.
