Duration
One year full-time. Domestic students may undertake this program on an equivalent part-time basis

Admission into the MICLaw one year program is no longer available. Refer to MICLaw one and a half year program commencing from Semester 2, 2018.

Professional memberships
In Queensland, legal practitioners are required to complete a minimum of 10 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points each year to maintain their practising certificates and stay abreast of legislative changes and the evolution of the “business of law” in their practices.
Postgraduate study programs such as the MICLaw are recognised towards Queensland Law Society CPD scheme units if you can demonstrate relevance to your legal practice.
