UQ Law Professor of Constitutional Law, Nicholas Aroney is currently visiting Durham University (UK) as an Institute of Advanced Study Fellow. He has recently given a public lecture entitled ‘Between Union and Devolution: The Structure of the British Parliament as a Problem of Process’ regarding the problems associated with the constitutional status of the devolved parliaments in the United Kingdom and the legal and political issues arising out of Britain’s withdrawal from the European Union.
