Consider applying for a scholarship when you apply for entry to a program.  Most scholarships are annual and will open for applications toward the end of the year and close by the start of first semester. Some scholarships are offered on a semester basis (twice yearly).

Research grant

The Owen Fletcher Research Fund provides a grant for $1000 for the best publication or conference paper by a research postgraduate student published in a refereed academic journal or presented at a conference. The award will be made by the Law School’s Research Higher Degrees Committee on the recommendation of a judge or panel of judges appointed by the Committee for that purpose.  

Prizes and Awards for law students

Most prizes are automatically awarded to students on the basis of the greatest proficiency in a particular course or courses, students are not required to submit an application.   However, the prizes displaying below are not automatically awarded and students are required to submit an application.
