The Australian and New Zealand Maritime Law Journal aims to publish significant works of scholarship that make original contributions to different fields of maritime law and commerce.

Submissions are invited for volume 37 which will be published in two editions in 2023.
The submission deadline for refereed articles for volume 1 is 1 May 2023 and volume 2 is 1 October 2023.
The submission deadline for book reviews and case notes for volume 1 is 1 June 2023 and for volume 2 is 1 November 2023.
The journal does not accept articles that have been, or will be, published elsewhere, either in identical or substantially similar form.

Submissions must be made online through the journal’s website. Registration is required for submission, and the registration link can be found at the top of the homepage for the journal.
The website also provides full-text access to past volumes and more information about the journal.
