[Read] Drones over Ukraine: fears of Russian 'killer robots' have failed to materialise – The Conversation

Drones have played a starring role in Ukraine’s defence against the ongoing Russian attack. Before the invasion experts believed Russia’s own fleets of “killer robots” were likely to be a far more potent weapon, but to date they have hardly been seen. UQ Law School's own Dr Brendan Walker-Munro provides insight into Russia's use of next-generation autonomous weapons in his latest article in The Conversation.

In late 2021, the Australian government enacted various amendments affecting the registration of political parties, with the support of the Labor opposition.
