TCB Wellness

The School of Law is committed to improving the overall health and wellness of the TC Beirne student community.

We provide support services, activities, information and resources to students to help bring balance to their lives while in Law School. Moreover, we aim to arm students with skills that they will carry into their professional lives.

Why wellness

When it comes to our physical health, we all know that we have to take action to stay healthy. We might go for a walk, make sure we eat our veggies, or wear sunscreen to protect our skin. But many of us don’t consciously make an effort to look after our emotional and mental health, which are important aspects of our wellbeing.
