Welcome to domestic mooting at UQ
Please check individual competitions below for updates on application periods. Our main recruitment periods are March (for Semester 1 competitions), and June/July (for Semester 2 competitions).

- Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) Moot Competition
- Alfred Deakin International Commercial Arbitration Moot
- Australian Law Students Association (ALSA) Conference Competitions
- The Hon Michael Kirby Contract Law Moot
- The University of Queensland Unjust Enrichment Moot
- Sir Harry Gibbs Constitutional Law Moot Competition
Competitors will recieve financial support from the Law School and/or UQLS to assist with airfares and acommodation.
Some domestic and international competitions are eligible for course credit under LAWS5208 Moot A, and LAWS5209 Moot B.
The Jessup International Law Moot has it's own course code of LAWS5165. However, students are only permitted to receive course credit for a maximum of two competitions. Therefore LAWS5209 Moot B will be incompatible with LAWS5165 Jessup International Law Moot.
